Plakasteel type RBV 09.04.01
Add to my wish listThe RBV element is used as lost edge formwork to form raft foundations or slabs. The RBV is self-supporting. Horizontal concrete pressure (F) on the RBV element is compensated by the weight of the concrete (G) on the base.
- Major time gain, stripping no longer needed
- Different heights are available => precise adaptation to the slab height
- Self-supporting light formwork, easy to place and handle
- Ground fastening
- The ends of the elements are fitted with a connection guide to allow proper alignment of the elements
- Filling useless
It is recommended to start by concreting the base of the RBV element and then concreting the remainder of the slab.
Material: pre-galvanised sheet, thickness 1.5 mm
Element length: 3 m
The width at the base of the element changes according to the slab height
Shape: L profile, with a return in the upper part. For low heights, stiffeners are not required.
Fastening: holes Ø 6 mm are included in the base.
To prevent slipping, the RBV element must be fastened to the ground. The fastening must be adapted to the nature of the ground
